Free to Be Mindful Virtual Class Website

With all children have had to endure during the COVID-19 pandemic and after, it is important for children to have skills of awareness, personal space, flexibility and most importantly the know-how to find peace in their lives. This is exactly what Free to Be Mindful's mindfulness classes for kids provide.

Mindfulness is paying attention and being present in the moment which can help kids appropriately respond to a triggering event, instead of "exploding." Mindfulness classes are beneficial to children needing help with emotion regulation, social skills, anger management, and problem-solving. 

Mindfulness has many benefits, including an increase in the following:

While mindfulness classes help children learn skills to improve interactions in social and academic settings, classes should not be considered or substituted for therapy.

Join me on Wednesdays from 5:00-5:30PM EST for FREE virtual mindfulness classes -
