Amiga Moms February Real Mom Talk Meetup

Amiga Moms hosts monthly Real Mom Talk Meetups for moms of kids of all ages. It is a curated space to build community in what can sometimes seem to be an isolating world for mothers, while receiving support and education from mental health professionals.  

While the group is not therapy, it may feel therapeutic to get things off your mind. The 60-minute sessions provide mothers the opportunity to...  

- connect with other 21st century moms 

- release while engaging in "real talk" discussion 

- process emotions without shaming or judgment 

- gain parenting skills 

- relax with a guided meditation at the end of each session  

Moms of all cultures are welcome!  Sessions are all held in the English language.
