Host Vanessa De Jesus Guzman is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Educator, Entrepreneur and Mom with almost 20 years of experience working with children, families and educators.
Amiga Moms Support Groups are an amazing way to receive guided support from a licensed counselor, while creating connections with other like minded mothers. It is a curated space to build community, in what can sometimes seem to be an isolating world, and to learn mindfulness strategies to help women become more patient and mindful mothers.
