This episode challenges mothers and caregivers to be selfish with their time, put themselves first, and create support networks to help keep a healthy balance within motherhood.

The Free to Be Mindful podcast provides bite-sized tips for parents, educators and anyone interested in Mindful Living. All episodes are under 20 minutes with a guided meditation at the end. Host Vanessa De Jesus Guzman is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Educator, Entrepreneur and Mom with almost 20 years of experience working with children, families and educators.
Amiga Moms Support Groups are an amazing way to receive guided support from a licensed counselor, while creating connections with other like minded mothers. It is a curated space to build community, in what can sometimes seem to be an isolating world, and to learn mindfulness strategies to help women become more patient and mindful mothers.

Mindfulness with People of Color has the goal to change the narrative and educate our black and brown communities on what mindfulness has to offer, while also sharing space.
